Ingredients; (4 persons)


2 kg Anchovy,

2 pcs onion,

1 pc large potato name,

1 pc tomatoes,

2 cloves garlic,

3 tablespoons olive oil,

1 pc lemon’s juice

salt, pepper, thyme





               We recommend you to remove the backbones of the fishes, if the meat is soft enough to leave the backbone. If not then just clean inside, wash well and leave to drain.


              Grease bottom of tray / pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and put half-moon shape chopped tomatoes potatoes and onions. Distribute sliced garlic between them.


              Place the fishes on these vegetables proportionally. Squeeze the lemon, add salt, black pepper and thyme. You can put onions and green peppers on top to decorate. Close the pan cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.


              If you do it in tray, bake in a preheated oven at 180c° for 30 minutes and be careful not to burn top.
